But in the unlikely event you may have a problem with the computer that requires a reinstall of the operating system this recovery CD will allow you to reinstall the Windows operating system back to the original settings.

To use this recovery CD you will need your Windows product keycode located on the multicolored certificate of authenticy label which is located on the bottom of your laptop or on the side/back of your pc. Without this key you cannot use this restore disk to reinstall your computers operating system

The Certificate of authenticity label is your receipt that you paid for an officially licensed software product from microsoft.

The restore disk that we offer will ONLY reinstall the Windows operating system NOT all the device drivers. The device drivers can be downloaded for free from the computer manufactuers website
