Shipments and returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment occasionally may be longer if items need special testing or configuring before shipping. Items are shipped via the best method for there size and weight.

For small items such as USB sticks, memory, mice, etc these will be shipped via Royal mail with prices starting at cost of £2
Larger items such as laptops, PCs and monitors will be shipped by courier at a cost of £10 to UK mainland address with a estimated lead time of 3 - 5 days from leaving us.

Very heavy items (over 25 kg) or large orders where the combinded weight is too heavy for our standard delivery charges will be sent by our bulk courier

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Delivery charges are classed as a seperate contract from your item purchases and are not covered by the distance selling regulations

Any delivery date stated is only a estimation and although we will use reasonable endeavours to effect delivery by that date. No liability will be accepted for failure to meet a stated delivery date.

If no one is available to accept your parcel when the courier attempts to deliver the courier will leave a calling card, its the customers responsibilty to then contact the courier to arrange the a re-delivery date. If after 5 days the courier has not been able to deliver your parcel it will be returned to us and further delivery charges will need to be paid before we will re-delivery your goods.
