1. Any delivery date stated is only a estimation and although we will use reasonable endeavours to effect delivery by that date. No liability will be accepted for failure to meet a stated delivery date.
2. Products supplied by Ukclearancecentre are delivered at the risk of Ukclearancecentre. If a parcel is delivered damaged then it must be signed for as 'Damaged'. Customers must inspect the goods immediately following delivery and contact us within 24 hours to notify of any;
• damage caused in transit
• missing or lost items
Any claim for damage or loss must be followed up in writing within 7 days of the delivery date. No claim for loss or damage due to delivery will be allowed if the Customer claims outside the above time limit. Your statutory rights are not affected. More infomation on our delivery policy here

All items come with at minimum of 30 day return to base warranty. In the unlikely event that the goods are found to be faulty, please notify our customer service as soon as possible. The goods will need to be returned to us to be examined to determine the cause of the fault. Provided that the goods have been used in a manner consistent with the manufacturer’s instructions and that the fault has not occurred due to the consumer’s misuse of the goods, We will offer to either repair, replace or refund the faulty item and refund your initial delivery charge as long as you are within 30 days of your item being shipped.
It will be the customers responsiblity to return the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error.
With our reconditioned used items there may be minor costmetic marks and scratches to the outer casing or screens may show slight pressure marks or have a few dead pixels please read the items description carefully before ordering. Any batteries supplied with laptops are consumables and not guaranteed to hold a charge and are not covered under the warranty
To cancel your purchase within the seven-day cooling-off period stated in European law, please contact us in writing before returning your items for a returns authorisation code. Goods returned without prior authorisation from ourselves will NOT be accepted and returned to sender.
Please package all the relevant items securely and send them to us so that we receive them within seven days of the date you notified us of the request to return, Items must be returned in exactly the same condition they were dispatched if any items are received back damaged or missing components we cannot issue a refund for them. Once we receive the items we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item less any additional services within 2 business days.
Orders that are collected in person, business purchase or items returned after 7 days are not eligible for the distant selling regulation 7 day cooling off period and either a credit note to the value of the items will be issued or a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
