Terms and conditions of sale

Customers Obligations


1.
You are responsible for your own choice of product and the suitability for any particular purpose. If you are unsure before ordering contact us for advise
2. You must provide accurate information and co-operation to UK Clearance centre terms and conditions

Payment


1.
Payment must be cleared in our account before goods will be dispatched.

Delivery


1.
Any delivery date stated is only a estimation and although we will use reasonable endeavors to effect delivery by that date. No liability will be accepted for failure to meet a stated delivery date.
2. Products supplied by Ukclearancecentre are delivered at the risk of Ukclearancecentre. If a parcel is delivered damaged then it must be signed for as 'Damaged'. Customers must inspect the goods immediately following delivery and contact us within 7 days to notify of any;
•  damage caused in transit

•  missing or lost items

3. Parcels will not be considered lost in transit until 10 business days have elapsed after the expected delivery date, and no refunds or replacements can be issued before that time.


No claim for loss or damage due to delivery will be allowed if the Customer contacts outside the above time limit. Your statutory rights are not affected. More information on our delivery policy here

Warranty

All items come with at minimum of 1 year return to base warranty. In the unlikely event that the goods are found to be faulty, please notify our customer service team as soon as possible. The goods may need to be returned to us to be examined to determine the cause of the fault. Provided that the goods have been used in a manner consistent with the manufacturer’s instructions and that the fault has not occurred due to the consumer’s misuse of the goods, We will offer to either repair, replace or refund the faulty item.

Returns

To cancel your purchase within the 14-day cooling-off period stated in UK law, please contact us in writing before returning your items for a returns authorisation code. Goods returned without prior authorisation from ourselves will NOT be accepted and returned to sender.

Extra delivery charges chosen when purchasing, business purchases or items returned after 14 days are not eligible for the distant selling regulation 14 day cooling off period. And either a credit note to the value of the items will be issued or a 20% restocking fee will be charged at our discretion.

There are some circumstances where we would have to reject a request to return under the 14 day money back policy these include:

  • Items that have been customised or personalised
  • Unwrapped computer software, CDs, DVDs or other media
  • Downloadable items after they have already been downloaded
  • Perishable goods
  • Items that have been damaged after receipt
  • Items returned by someone other than the original buyer
  • Items that were originally sold as faulty
  • Medical or health items that are sealed for hygiene reasons

Canceling Orders

If you wish to cancel your order before your goods have been received this maybe possible if the items have not yet been dispatched from our depot. Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order as once and order has been dispatched, we would need to wait for the items to be returned before we can fulfill your refund request.
