Returns & Cancellations

Under the Consumers contracts and regulation act 2013 you have the right to cancel your order return your items within 14 calendar days from the day the goods are received for a refund. You must notify us in writing either through our contact us page or you can write to us at. 8 Pope St, Bootle, Merseyside, L20 4PH. Once we have been notified of your desire to return your order you will then have an additional 14 calendar days to actually return the items, or provide proof that you have dispatched the item by showing tracking information for the return. It is the buyers responsibly to pay the returns postage costs and to cover any insurance for loss or damage while in transit, unless an item was sent to you in error or arrived damaged.

If you wish to cancel your order before your goods have been received this maybe possible if the items have not yet been dispatched from our depot. Once an order has been dispatched we would need to wait for the items to be returned before we can fulfil your refund request.

There are some circumstances where we would have to reject your request to return under the 14 day money back policy these include:

  • Items that have been customised or personalised
  • Unwrapped computer software, CDs, DVDs or other media
  • Downloadable items after they have been downloaded
  • Perishable goods
  • Items that have been damaged after receipt
  • Items returned by someone other than the original buyer
  • Items that were originally sold as faulty
  • Medical or health items that are sealed for hygiene reasons

If you paid extra for the express delivery option we would not be able to refund the fees for that service, as the express shipping fees are classed as a separate service to the purchase of the goods.

We may have make deductions to the amount of your refund if it is deemed that the returned items have been handled more than necessary and have therefore caused their value to be reduced.
